The heating system mainly includes hot water tank, hot water pump, steam water mixer, spiral groove tube heat exchanger gas group, pneumatic diaphragm control valve, flowmeter and other components.

 

The electrical control system mainly includes programmable controller (PLC), touch screen human-machine interface, temperature sensor, liquid level sensor, control valve and electrical switch. It can realize automatic control from equipment disinfection, production to CIP cleaning.
